Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even products in the same price range can sometimes leave a rough feeling after washing, but this doesn't have that problem, and the scent is not too strong, so it's nice and I keep buying it!

I love it so much I've bought it three times! It's not too moisturizing, which is my favorite.
I used a sample. I bought four types and tried them out. I have soft, straight, and damaged hair. Of the four, the Shampoo has a lighter finish. It feels smooth and fluffy, but it wasn't enough for me. The day I used it, I experienced a lot of static electricity... The scent is subtle, and it seems easy to use for anyone. I don't think I'll be buying it again!
While I think it's a trusted brand in terms of technical excellence, the container is incredibly difficult to use. It's long and bulky, and when I tried to remove the pump when the product was low, it was so difficult to open that I struggled with it. I purchased it in 2024, so I apologize if the problem has been fixed by 2025. While the large head may have been designed with children, the elderly, and people with disabilities in mind, I personally find the cute appearance and ease of use to be deciding factors for a purchase, so I didn't like that aspect. As for the actual usability, I think it was quite good for a product in this price range. It left my highly damaged hair smooth. However, with new products constantly being released, I think preferences may differ when it comes to whether it's worth repeating.
