How to use
STEP 1: Remove the pack from the bag and place it on areas of concern such as your nose where blackheads and roughness are a concern, pressing gently to adhere. Leave it for approximately 5 minutes, then remove it. Proceed to STEP 2 without wiping off any remaining liquid. STEP 2: Remove the pack from the bag and peel off the transparent film. Place it on moist skin from STEP 1, ensuring a firm seal without trapping any air. Leave the pack for approximately 10 minutes for it to dry, then slowly peel it off from the edge. If any adhesive remains on your skin, rinse it off with water or lukewarm water. (If the skin surface is dry, the pack will not adhere well, so wet it thoroughly with water before use.) STEP 3: Remove the pack from the bag and place it over the areas treated in STEP 2, pressing gently to adhere. Leave it for approximately 5 minutes, then remove it and massage the remaining liquid into your skin to complete the process.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
