How to use
For daily skincare, apply 2-3 pumps to your entire face after toning with lotion, then moisturize with your regular skincare routine, such as cream or lotion. We recommend using it at night. When using in the morning, be sure to apply sunscreen. Avoid the upper eyelids and lips, where the skin is particularly thin, and avoid contact with eyes. It can also be used on the neck and décolleté, using one pump as a guide. For customers trying retinol* for the first time: Start with a small amount every other day for approximately 1-2 weeks to allow your skin to become accustomed to the retinol*. Thereafter, use once daily, monitoring your skin's condition. If you are concerned about irritation, we recommend using it after a cream. Please read the instructions and precautions carefully before use. *Retinol (skin conditioning ingredient) *Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. *Avoid use on particularly sensitive skin or immediately after laser or wax treatment.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
