How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the water, apply an appropriate amount to your entire hair, and rinse thoroughly. We recommend using it together with Jurem Relax Midnight Repair Shampoo (Straight & Rich). If the contents are difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom before use.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was just a one-time use, but I loved the smell!
I only use this shampoo. It lathers well even when I use wax, and it leaves my hair smooth when I wash it off. Since I switched to this, I don't get bedhead as easily. The scent is just right.

The shampoo was perfect for me, as I have a lot of thick, coarse hair! It was moisturizing, and the feel after rinsing was different than usual! On the other hand, the conditioner was good because it washed off quickly, but it was too refreshing. I was a little concerned about the squeaking sound. but both smelled good!
I bought this because I was worried about my hair becoming dry after coloring. My hair feels moisturized after washing. It makes styling the next morning easier.
