Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I couldn't tell the difference between this and the Straight & Rich version. (^^;) Despite being cheap, I was able to wash my long hair without it getting rough. It also gave it a slight shine.

It has a nice scent! It feels like it's packed together after use, and it lathers up nicely, which is my favorite.
I'm happy that my hair is moisturized at this price. I think it's good value for money. However, I'm considering buying something a little more expensive and more effective.
