How to use
As an eyeshadow base, take an appropriate amount (about the size of a grain of rice) onto the back of your hand, then take a small amount with your ring finger and lightly tap it onto your entire eyelid to blend. Then apply eyeshadow. Applying this before foundation or concealer to cover dullness on the lower eyelid will help create a beautiful base makeup look while adding moisture and a bright impression. When touching up your makeup, use it to fix makeup under the eyes or on the outer corners of your eyes where foundation smudging or dryness can be a concern. Take an appropriate amount onto your ring finger and lightly tap it into your eyelid to blend. It will add moisture and a bright impression.
