It gives a radiant glow from within and makes your skin look beautiful. There is not much of a glittery highlighter.

To me, it didn't give a wet glow, but rather just looked oily and shiny. I usually use glitter highlighters, so this one didn't have any sparkle and I felt it was lacking. It's a balm, so it can't be helped, but it makes the area where you apply it sticky, and when the wind blows outside, it feels like your hair is going to stick to it. Because it's a balm, it seems like it would be easy to carry around for touch-ups.

When you actually use it, it gives a very natural, dewy glow. However, it does feel a little sticky, so I think it would be good to apply powder on top. I personally really liked it, so if you're interested, I recommend giving it a try!
