What it is
This rich cream contains silk water (37%) as the top ingredient. Ulpo Silky Serum Cream is made in Japan with no additives or water added to the ingredients, and uses a high concentration of 100% pure Japanese human stem cell supernatant. Other ingredients include Nerula, which boasts 10 times the whitening power of arbutin; Royal Biosite, which promotes collagen production; fullerene, with antioxidant power 250 times that of vitamin C; five types of collagen (tiger pufferfish collagen, microocean collagen, triple helix collagen, succinoyl atelocollagen, shark fin atelocollagen); five types of hyaluronic acid (hyalooligo, sodium acetylated hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate, Hyaloveil, 3D hyaluronic acid); five types of ceramide (ceramide NS, ceramide EOS, ceramide AP, ceramide EOP, ceramide NP); and penetrating vitamin C Apresie, said to have 100 times the penetration power of water-soluble vitamin C derivatives. Adipophilin promotes firmer skin, and the anti-aging peptide progerin prevents the causes of aging. The booster ingredient Celllike protects the barrier function lost due to disruption of the lamellar structure. This luxurious serum cream contains tremella fuciformis polysaccharides, which have antioxidant properties and help maintain skin moisture levels, and proteoglycans, which promote hyaluronic acid production, providing a booster effect.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels like it adheres perfectly to the skin, without any sticky or heavy feeling. It blends into the skin immediately after application, so it's great that I can apply makeup immediately after my skincare routine. I have dry skin, but I've noticed that it doesn't lose moisture over time, and the moist feeling lasts for a long time. Above all, because my skin's condition remains stable, makeup goes on smoothly, and I had no problems at all, especially during the dry winter months. The tightness caused by dryness has disappeared, and the pores that I used to worry about are less noticeable. I usually think I'm moisturizing well with other lotions, but this is the first time I've felt moisture lasting for such a long time.
