How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount into your palm or onto a cotton pad and gently massage it into your entire face. <How to properly insert a refill>. Attach the reusable ring to a new refill before inserting it into the outer container. If you insert the refill into the outer container before inserting the ring, the refill will not be inserted correctly and may leak. *Hold the ring horizontally and push it into the neck of the refill until it clicks. *If it spins freely, it is not inserted correctly, so please check the insertion method again. If you leave the refill in a high temperature environment for a long time, the container may become dented, but this does not affect the quality. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
