Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm back after a long time! My skin started to develop mysterious white bumps and redness, so I came back to this cream in search of a simple yet moisturizing one. I've used this product in the past and reviewed it, but I didn't know it was glycerin-free. I checked the ingredients and was surprised. Glycerin isn't bad, but I'm happy that it's so moisturizing without it. The white bumps have disappeared and the redness has subsided. I'll probably repurchase the larger size. Below is a previous review: My skin is feeling a bit off, probably due to the change in seasons, so I was looking for something gentle and moisturizing. I rummaged through my room and found this product I used ages ago. It was unopened, but it was close to its expiration date, and I don't remember it causing any skin irritation from using it in the past, so I didn't expect much, but it's amazing! My skin is no longer rough (o^-^o). The moist, bouncy texture is smooth and not too oily, but I find it bothersome, so I press it in with my hands and then wipe off the remaining cream with a tissue after a while. I wouldn't recommend using it as a makeup base because the texture is a bit runny, but it's great for moisturizing!!
