What it is
As dryness progresses, dryness damage can easily occur, making skin especially sensitive. This product uses advanced barrier technology that mimics the structure of healthy skin. It supports the skin's barrier function*1, which effectively locks in moisture, providing intensive care for dry skin. How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening and toning your skin with lotion or serum, apply an appropriate amount according to your skin condition. Gently massage in circular motions to blend into your skin. It is also recommended to use it on top of Cream UFC.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample at the store and it was great, so I bought it. My skin's barrier function was weak, but I feel like my skin is healthier than with UFC. The tube makes it easy to use.

I complained to a store staff member about the itchiness I get around my forehead and chin when using Cream UFC (another Kiehl's product), and they recommended this cream. It's a light-textured cream. It leaves my skin matte and smooth, like after applying a shine-preventing primer, which is a bit disappointing, but it doesn't dry out during the day, so it seems to be moisturizing. I didn't experience any itching, stinging, or breakouts. It might not be the best choice for the extremely dry winter months, but the tube makes it easy to carry around when traveling.
It's better than I expected, it has a firm texture and no scent. It moisturizes well.
I usually use Kiehl's UFC Cream, but a sales associate recommended this to me, so I bought it. To be honest, I was a bit taken aback when I first heard about it, since it was the first time I'd heard of it (lol). But when I actually used it, I was surprised at how rich the texture was and how deeply moisturizing it was! Until now, even a slight scratch on my skin would break out into acne, but perhaps the barrier function has been strengthened, and my skin has become stronger. It's a hidden gem with such powerful effects that I think it deserves to be more well-known!
