How to use
(1) Check whether the S or M earpiece fits your ear, and attach it to the main body. Remove the heating element from the aluminum bag just before use. *The back of the S earpiece is orange, and the back of the M earpiece is green. (2) Insert the heating element into the socket on the earplug body and press it in so that it fits securely into the earplug body. *Make sure that the heating element is fitted into the anti-fall tab. (3) Hold the main body in your hand with the cut part facing backward, and place it in your ear. (4) Adjust the heating element so that it fits snugly into the recess of your ear. *Make sure that it provides good sound insulation and that you can feel the warmth.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
