Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The smell and feel were both great! I'd definitely buy it again!
It has a sweet, comforting scent. If it were just the scent, I prefer Pink Grapefruit because it's milder and easier to use on a daily basis, but it doesn't have enough moisture in the winter, so I always buy Shea. I prefer body butter to bottled cream because I can use it all up. I've been using it for over 10 years and I love it.
Surprisingly, the texture is not too heavy!
I've been wanting to try out this Body Shop body cream for a while! They had a 50ml size, so I bought it to try! It feels different from the body creams I've used before, it's smooth and silky. The scent is just amazing, a sweet scent that's especially soothing during the cold season. It smells like a mix of vanilla and flowers♪ I'm looking forward to putting it on at night (^_^)
