Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The moisturizing feeling lasts a long time. It doesn't feel sticky, and I've been using this product for a long time. After I started using it for a while, I had my skin's oil and moisture levels measured at a cosmetics counter, and the results were good. Because it's made by a pharmaceutical company, I can be confident about the ingredients it contains. I was also told that if a cosmetics manufacturer made the same product, it would cost more.
The pump is easy to use. It says to use two pumps, but one pump is enough to moisturize.
It's perfect for sensitive, dry winter skin, and it's very pleasant to use and has no unpleasant smell. (Fragrance-free) It contains ceramides and also uses dip delivery technology, the culmination of Japanese and Chinese herbal medicine research, so it has excellent penetration. I use a small amount in the morning and two pumps at night. I'm lazy so I don't use it every day, but my dryness has already improved. It's amazing. If I had to say something, it's that the design is very Showa-era, but if the packaging was more stylish, I think it would be a huge hit. It's of such high quality.

It feels so good to use! It feels so moisturizing, like applying a night cream! I received a mini bottle of the lotion and set, so I tried simple skincare using these two items for a few days. There were some days with low humidity, but my skin didn't feel dry when I woke up, and it felt great. In addition to moisturizing, it also contains Japanese herbs, so I'm hoping that with continued use, my skin will become easier to manage. Even if it's not part of the line, the lotion is a great product that I'd like to continue using.
