Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

There's a subtle eucalyptus-like scent, which I don't mind. It feels like a balm. It's moisturizing but not sticky. The amount you use is about the size of a pearl. At first, I wondered if this was really enough, but by warming it up thoroughly in the palm of my hand and gently spreading it over my entire face, it worked perfectly. Thanks to this, my skin hasn't become dry the morning after using it, or during the day. It was dry in the morning! I'm so impressed. The instructions say to use it at night, but they also say you can use it during the day if you're concerned about dryness. However, when I applied this cream, sunscreen, primer, and liquid foundation at the end of my morning skincare routine, the product started to spread poorly around the primer, making it difficult to blend the foundation properly. I mainly use it at night, and on days when I don't wear makeup during the day. The lid is double-layered, and the included spatula can be stored on top of the inner lid, making it hygienic and convenient. While it's not a particularly exciting design, I was impressed by how streamlined it is and how it relieves a little stress. It's a pharmaceutical company's skincare, so I trust it, but it's a shame that it's hard to find stores that sell it.
