How to use
After bathing or washing your face, apply a pearl-sized amount of Liberz Moisturizing Cream to moisturized skin and gently massage it into your entire face. - Pay close attention to any abnormalities that may occur on your skin. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin, i.e., if any of the following occurs. Continuing to use the product may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any of the following abnormalities during use: redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening. (2) If any of the above abnormalities occur after exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. [Storage and Handling Precautions] - Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. This product contains naturally derived ingredients, so color and properties may change depending on temperature and storage conditions, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
