How to use
As a daily face wash: Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand, gently massage your face, then rinse thoroughly. As a face mask: Apply once or twice a week, avoiding the eye area, leave on for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rinse with water or lukewarm water. Shake the container well before use, with the top of the can facing up.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is a bit unique, but not too strong. The foam type is perfect for rushed mornings.
I like the soft, bouncy foam, but it's quite irritating and stings. It also absorbs a fair amount of sebum, so I don't think it's a good choice for people with sensitive or dry skin. I just use it because I want to be enveloped in the soft, bouncy foam and the scent of immortelle.
The sample is luxurious and the face wash is convenient because it doesn't require lathering.
This time, too, I bought it because it came with a lot of freebies. It can be used all year round, but is especially recommended for hotter months. It produces a light, fluffy foam. If you press too hard, too much foam will come out, so be careful with how much pressure you use. It feels fizzy and refreshing when you wash. It also has a slightly refreshing feel. Depending on the amount of foam, a foam the size of two 500 yen coins will turn into a liquid in about 30 seconds. After washing my face, I feel like my pores are cleansed. It's very refreshing, yet moisturizing, and somehow my skin looks a whole tone brighter, which is great. My pores also seem to get smaller. It also dramatically improves the penetration of skincare products. My lotion absorbs better than usual. My skin is still moisturized and firm the next morning. Even someone in their 50s experienced excellent results. It's a very effective product for people in their 20s and older, both men and women, and improves skin quality. It's a bit pricey, so I use it for special skincare needs. On very hot days, it feels even more refreshing and comfortable if you put it in the refrigerator or in a room with an air conditioner to cool it down. I would like to buy it again with the luxurious bonus.
I like how it leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing. However, it doesn't feel tight. It lathers well, is soft, and can be used as a mask. I also like the scent of this series, so it's very soothing.
