Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was good
The shampoo lathered well and was easy to use, but I didn't notice any shine after drying.
I've only used it a few times so I haven't noticed any visible results yet. It's a heavy treatment, so I like the feel! I'd like to try using up the whole bottle!
It has a refined, clean scent. It's neither too sweet nor too strong, so you won't get tired of using it every day and it makes bath time a pleasant experience. The texture is smooth, and even a small amount creates a good lather, washing your hair so that it envelops the entire hair. After washing, it feels moisturized, and I felt that it kept my hair smooth even down to the ends, which tend to be dry and damaged. Even after drying, it doesn't feel dry, and it's smooth to run your fingers through, giving it a glossy finish. It's not too heavy, so I felt it had a good balance of moisturizing and light. I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about dry or frizzy hair, or who is looking for a moisturizing shampoo.
The feel is very good! The shampoo lathers well, and the treatment is also okay! However, I didn't really like the smell, so I won't be buying it again, but the feel is good, so I gave it 4 stars!
