How to Work It Into Your Routine
Recommended frequency of use: Twice a day (once in the morning and once at night). (1) Pump 2-3 pumps of serum into the palm of your hand. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
