Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Compared to the Red Box, this one is a refreshing type, so it can be a little dry and tight, but the ingredients are simple and gentle, so it doesn't cause any skin problems and can be used as both a hand soap and a body soap, making it excellent. The bath size is large, so it will last about a month even if you use it every day.
I'd been using liquid body soap until now, but I ran out, so I tried using Milk Soap instead and was surprised at how much better it was than I expected! It leaves you feeling refreshed, lathers well, and is reasonably priced, so I've been using this soap all the time lately!
I always come back to this soap. The scent and value for money are great! The blue one is refreshing, but surprisingly moisturizing. My skin no longer feels dry.
It's a refreshing type of solid soap, so it leaves your skin feeling very refreshed and tightened after washing, but strangely enough, it doesn't dry out or make your skin too rough, as you'd expect, so it's a very easy-to-use solid soap.
In hot weather, I wash my body with the blue box. It's refreshing, but for me it doesn't dry out my skin, so it's comfortable to use. It's also great that you can easily buy it anywhere.
