Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was thinking about purchasing it, but was worried about the color and feel, when I received it as a gift from Suzykirei. I tried it out and it felt smooth, but it applied well. However, after a few hours, it started to get stuck in my pores, so I'll try using it with a bit more care. The case is sturdy and doesn't look cheap, considering the price.
I won a giveaway from Suzykirei. Thank you. When I first saw it, I thought it wasn't white, but when I put it on my face, it instantly brightened up and blended in nicely. It feels light and smooth to wear, but it has surprisingly good coverage. What's best is that it didn't come off even by the evening. I usually prefer liquid makeup, but I use powder to layer on problem areas, touch up, or when applying liquid is too much of a hassle. For me, this is a secondary product, so I can't spend too much on it, so the affordable price is a big help. I also received a case this time, so I'd like to buy the refill again when it runs out.
