How To Use

1. Gently lift your eyelid with your fingers, hold the eyeliner upright, and draw a line filling in the gaps between your eyelashes. 2. Next, draw a line from the outer corner of your eye to the center. 3. Next, draw a line from the inner corner of your eye towards the center, connecting with the line drawn in step 2. 4. Depending on your desired finish, add a flicker line or a droopy eye line to the outer corner of your eye.
