What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels light and I wish it was a little more moisturizing.
I tried the trial size and liked it so much that I bought the larger size again. It's gentle on the skin and moisturizes well, so I recommend it.
I bought this together with the lotion. If you use it after applying multiple layers of lotion to thoroughly moisturize your skin, one pump is enough, so it doesn't run out easily (lol). I've used emulsions like Minon and Aqualabel, but as emulsions, they're neither good nor bad. It's good value for money, so I'll give it 5 stars! I plan to use it together with the lotion during the winter.
Highly moisturizing and hydrating
My cheeks and the sensitive area around my eyes always get dry and feel like a desert. I found this tester at a drugstore during my lunch break and tried it out.
