How to use
Take an appropriate amount (approximately 3cm) in your hand, lather well with cold or lukewarm water, and then massage into your face. Rinse thoroughly. *Using a foaming net will create a finer, more bouncy, fluffy foam.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this face wash for my husband, but he doesn't like the scent (it smells like alcohol). So I'm using it instead. I used a foaming net to create a fluffy lather and washed my face, décolleté, and body, and it left my skin feeling very moisturized. The lather is quite thick, so it doesn't disappoint. I really like using it on my body.
It smells like sweet sake. The smooth, creamy foam is easy to rinse and leaves your skin feeling moisturized. The scent isn't too strong, but it's gentle on the skin. I feel like it has slightly reduced the dullness of my skin.
My husband is the main user, but I also use it occasionally. The foaming net creates a rich, fluffy lather. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving a dry feeling. It has a strong aroma of sake and koji, so it may not be suitable for those who don't like that. The only downside is that fewer drugstores are stocking it these days.
This is my third purchase. I also use the Kikumasamune series' introduction serum, cleansing oil, cleansing gel, serum, and cream. The sake scent is quite strong while washing, but it doesn't linger after washing, so I've gotten used to it. It's not too refreshing, and it removes just the right amount of oil, so I use it all year round. The only downside is that there aren't any stores nearby that sell it.
The lotion was good so I also bought the face wash.
