(1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the above abnormalities occur on the lips after use and exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like it because it contains niacinamide. It runs out quickly, so I always stock up. In the winter, it's easier to apply if you mix it with a little oil.
I recently discovered that niacinamide doesn't suit me either! I wondered why the etvos Moisture series is fine but the UltiMoist isn't, and it turns out it's because it contains niacinamide. Unfortunately, I've confirmed that it doesn't suit me, so I won't be purchasing it as long as it contains niacinamide. ↓↓↓Review from March 7, 2025↓↓↓My skin has become very sensitive due to hormonal imbalance. I've been able to use the same etvos moisturizing products (just the toner and serum) without any irritation, so I tried the trial size of the UltiMoist. This one does irritate me a little, though not as much as the serum. It does sting a little at first. Maybe it's because it contains retinol, even though the concentration is low? I tried a different retinol product a while ago and it was a complete failure, so I'd like to avoid retinol for now. The irritation goes away after a while. The serum and cream don't seem to suit me well, so I might not buy it since I want to use a full line of products.
It's highly moisturizing and perfect for winter! The scent is subtle, so it's not too strong. It's a product I'd definitely like to buy again.
I had some leftover mini-size cream from a limited-edition Perfect Kit I bought previously, so I took it with me on a trip. The next morning, I thought, "Huh? The pores on my cheeks seem a little less noticeable?" So I bought the full version! The texture is thick and doesn't glide smoothly. I apply it at the end of my nighttime skincare routine, only to areas where I'm concerned about dryness or pores. I also personally like the scent. I feel like the pores on my cheeks are gradually getting smaller, so I'd like to use this cream to maintain their appearance throughout the fall and winter.
