What it is
The stiff eyebrow brush has an angled tip, so you can draw a beautiful line at the end of your eyebrows. It is recommended not only for eyebrows but also for eyeliner. Hair quality: PBT. artificial hair. The artificial hair is soft and comfortable to use, like animal hair, so it can be washed and maintained. Special Kumano Brush. How to use
Apply eyebrow and eyeliner to the brush and apply to your skin. [Care Instructions] After each daily use, wipe off any dirt with tissue or similar. If the tips become very dirty or feel rough to the touch, wash with warm water. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to the tips and gently massage them. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Wipe off any excess water with a towel, reshape the tips, and dry in the shade.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
