What it is
This pencil eyebrow refill (refill) lets you create a flexible, custom-fit line simply by changing the angle. The naginata-style tip allows you to easily create thick or thin lines without any technique, simply by changing the contact surface. Formulated with smooth-line ingredients(*), it allows you to effortlessly draw every single hair. The screw brush at the back of the pencil is perfect for smoothing the flow of hair, blending color, and smudge lines. This single pencil creates a perfectly finished, fluffy brow. ■ Gray: Tones down dark areas for a natural, subdued look. ● Fragrance-free. Country of Origin: Japan. *This refill cannot be used alone. How to use
Use the thick side of the liner to apply a soft coat of color to the hair at the beginning of your eyebrows, and use the tip of the liner to fill in the hairless areas from the arch to the end of your eyebrows. Finish by combing the hairs with the included screw brush.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The pencil part is interchangeable, so you can change it to suit your mood or color.

This eyebrow pencil is easy to apply. I also like the pink-brown color. The Cezanne one is cheaper, so I'm considering buying it again.
