How to use
After washing your face, dispense a small amount of lotion (about the size of a 500 yen coin) into your palm, warm it slightly, and then apply it to your cheeks, forehead, nose, ears, chin, and entire face, massaging it into your skin with your palms.Then, gently press with your fingertips and palms to allow the lotion to be absorbed into your skin, focusing on lymphatic flow.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

While the instructions included instructions on how to use the recommended large cotton pads, I only had small ones at home, so I tried a regular cotton pad. Formulated with rice-derived plant ceramides (rice bran glycosphingolipids, moisturizing ingredients), it not only protects and hydrates the skin, but also enhances the lotion's overall penetration. Two key botanical ingredients (all skin-conditioning ingredients): lemongrass (lemongrass leaf/stem extract) and chamomile (chamomile flower extract) hydrate and condition the skin. Ultra-pure water is the foundation. Chizu is particular about the quality of the water that makes up the majority of her skincare products. She uses ultra-pure water for its excellent penetration and cleansing properties. It's free of synthetic fragrances, synthetic colorants, mineral oil, petroleum-based surfactants, preservatives, disinfectants, and ethanol, so you can use it with confidence. It has a watery, watery texture! It's not sticky and has excellent moisture retention. Even though it has such a watery texture, I felt like I was deeply moisturized after application.
