How to use
When first using, rotate the shaft several times to extend the lead by 1-2 mm. Blend with the tip at the back of the holder for a more natural finish.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Jewel Eye Slim Liner comes in two colors: 01 Brown Black and 02 Burgundy Brown. I tried the Brown Black. It has a smooth texture and goes on easily. It's not too black, and has a light, airy impression that creates a gentle look for the eyes. The glittering packaging is easy to hold and looks beautiful when you hold it!
It's slim and applies very smoothly. I received the brown one as a thank you for filling out a survey, and when I blended it with the tip on the other side of the pen, it gave off a modern, soft look that my husband really liked. The tip shape is easy to blend and use. I'd like to try the black one next.
It's very soft and easy to apply. It draws beautifully even on sagging eyes due to aging. This is the first time I've used an eyeliner other than black, but it blends well with my skin and makes my eyes look softer.
Started using on August 4, 2023. Purchased from Suzykirei. I was looking for something that would be too harsh for me, but brown wasn't quite right either, and discovered this brown-black. It was a bit of a gamble, but I just opened it and tried it out. It's a retractable gel eyeliner that's thin and just soft enough to apply easily. The color is brown-black, and because it has brown in it, it's not as black as black, so it doesn't make your eyes look harsh. I'd like to repurchase it when I run out!
