How to use
<Frankincense Cleansing Cream> Amount to use: 1-2 cherries. Warm the cream thoroughly in your hands before applying. 1. Dispense an appropriate amount into your hands, spread evenly over your face, and massage gently. 2. Once your makeup has been absorbed, add a small amount of lukewarm water to emulsify the cream, then rinse thoroughly. <Frankincense Facial Wash> Dispense an appropriate amount into your hands, add a little water, and gently massage the entire face. Rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water. <Frankincense Water> Dispense a generous amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe away moisture while moisturizing your skin. The "wipe-off" process thoroughly moisturizes the skin's surface, enhancing the penetration* of subsequent beauty products. <Frankincense Intense Cream> Amount to use: 1-2 pearl-sized cherries. Use after toning your skin with a lotion or other product. 1. Place your four fingertips together to gently warm the cream. 2. Gently spread the cream in a circular motion, lifting it up slightly, until it blends in. 3. Press the cream into your face with both palms to enhance penetration. Enjoy the fragrance as if taking a deep breath. We recommend applying multiple layers to areas where you are concerned about nasolabial folds, corners of the eyes, and other signs of aging.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I couldn't go to the store to try out the scents, so I bought this. I've been interested in the frankincense series for a while. I've used Neal's Yard's body oil and Aroma Pulse, and I recently received the body oil as a birthday gift from a friend. The frankincense scent is not too strong, and I thought it was just what you'd expect from Neal's Yard! My skin seems to be drying out early this year, and since November, my face has been feeling quite dry...I've been looking for a cream. The intense cream included in this set is a bit pricey, so I'm planning to buy the hydrating cream instead. The emulsion-type face wash is also very pleasant to use, and I love it so much that I want to buy it right away! I've been thinking about Neal's Yard for a few years now, and I used Dior last year and Clé de Peau the year before. I wish I had switched to Neal's Yard sooner. The most soothing scents are definitely aromatic. The only downside is that there isn't a store nearby, but I purchased it through the official website.
