Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried it and it was so good I'm buying it again! It's a serum with a thick texture that absorbs quickly into the skin and helps the lotion I use afterwards to penetrate better. It's moisturizing enough, not sticky, and not drying, so I think it's a serum that can be used all year round. It has a subtle, pleasant scent that no one would dislike, a soothing scent. There's a clear difference in the condition of my skin with and without this serum, so I plan to keep using it for a while.
I usually use liposome, but I received a sample the other day and it was so good that I immediately bought it. The texture is lighter than liposome and doesn't feel sticky. I recommend it for the coming season. My skin has naturally become clearer and firmer. The cost performance is the best.
It's neither good nor bad. I wish it had a bit more moisturizing effect. It doesn't irritate my skin and the feel is great. It's also good value for money, so I'll use up the whole bottle before deciding whether to buy it again.
I've been using it for about two months, and my skin, which is always dry in the winter, remains moisturized. It feels light but moisturizing. I think it contains a lot of lotion, so I'd like to continue using it for a while longer.
