How to use
After shampooing, lightly drain the excess water, take an appropriate amount in your hand, apply it to your hair, and rinse thoroughly. (For best results, leave it on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo lathers well and is easy to wash off. The scent isn't too strong. The hair mask left my hair feeling a bit sticky after washing. Maybe that's what moisturizes it, but I don't really like it. It feels a bit heavy. I have a lot of hair, so maybe that's why it felt that way.

I've used it many times and I really like it. It makes even rough hair smooth and moist.
I bought this just to keep my gray hair dye in place. I've tried a few other products, but this one has stuck with me for now. It seems to be less likely to come off. The conditioner is a bit pricey, but it's a good product.
My hair was pretty damaged from repeatedly using high-tone hair, so I tried this for the first time. It lathers well, I like the scent, and it leaves my hair feeling moisturized and smooth after washing. Even after drying, my hair didn't feel particularly dry or rough, it was moisturized and not particularly tangled. It doesn't get frizzy in the morning, and even with high-tone hair, it feels shiny! I'll be using it again for a while!!
