Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it last winter and liked the scent and feel, so I bought it again this year (^o^) The size is just right and it's not sticky, so it's easy to carry around and use.
It has a nice perfume-like scent. Since it's a hand cream, it doesn't last long, but I think it would be nice to wear instead of perfume.

The lovely scent is soothing. It's not sticky so it's easy to use at work and lifts your mood! There are so many different scents available that I want to try more.
I don't buy hand cream very often because I receive a lot of gifts, but I tried this one in the store and liked the scent, so I bought it for the first time in several years. I applied it before bed at night and it kept my hands moisturized until morning. However, I wash my hands often in the morning, and it doesn't seem to get all the makeup off my hands, so I'm a little worried. I wash my hands a lot for contact lenses and cooking, so the hand cream works fine, but because it's difficult to remove with soap, I probably won't buy it again.
