Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to style my short hair. I thought it might not be cost-effective, but it has a soft texture and a small amount is enough. The scent is not too strong and can be used in any situation. As other people have said in their reviews, the shampoo doesn't really lather.it's a hassle to have to wash it twice.
It has just the right amount of hold to create just the right amount of volume and shine. It doesn't harden or get sticky. When you spread it on your hands, it blends in immediately and has a mysterious texture! For a moment, I thought it was gone, or absorbed into my hands. It's also recommended for people who don't like sticky wax. The scent is subtle and not too strong, so it won't get in the way of perfume.
I like the soft texture that is not sticky. It has a moderate shine and holds together well. I don't need something as strong as wax, and I find hard balms difficult to use, so this was just right for me. It's also nice that you can buy it at drugstores.
