How to use
At the end of your skincare routine, take a pearl-sized amount onto the spatula and gently blend it into your entire face. For areas where dryness or loss of firmness is a concern, apply a small amount in layers, and then gently wrap the product in your palms. When using on particularly delicate areas, gently press the product into your skin with your palms, avoiding rubbing too hard. Can be used both at night and in the morning. <How to refill> Remove the cap from the container. Place a 10-yen coin or similar object into the recess at the back of the outer container and gently twist to remove the inner container. Place the replacement refill into the container and press firmly from above. Completely remove the sealing seal from the replacement refill. Finally, close the cap on the main unit. *Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container into the new one.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Around November of last year, I mentioned that my skin had started to feel a bit dry and irritated, and a cosmetics specialist recommended this product to me. I used it liberally, morning and night, sometimes just at night, and it lasted me two months. The gel-like texture spreads easily and doesn't sting, so I was able to use it with confidence. The moisturizing power varies from day to day, but I think it generally moisturizes my skin. I didn't feel any particular firmness. However, I feel it's safe to use, and the dryness has eased with use. It's like a lifesaver in a pinch, and I plan to continue using it whenever I need it. I like that it's easily available at drugstores and that refills are available.
I use the purple d program cream all the time. Since mid-December, I've been experiencing peeling on my cheeks and around my mouth after washing my face, and even increasing the amount of lotion and emulsion didn't help, so I added this cream. After about four days, the peeling gradually subsided, and my face, which had been dull, regained its tone. I realized that using lotion, emulsion, and cream together is important, especially as I age. The cream isn't heavy and sticky, leaving my skin feeling moisturized and comfortable. I plan to repurchase it when I run out.
I love Shiseido and have used many of their creams. This d Program Vitalizing Cream is my favorite. Things I look for when choosing a cream: A size that fits in the bathroom sink (La Creme is a no-no), an easy-to-open lid (Elixir is a no-no), a reasonable price (cheap for Shiseido products), and ease of use. This Vitalizing Cream was excellent in all respects. Above all, it's easy to use. It's not sticky and moisturizing, but not too heavy. It makes my skin feel plumper the next morning. Lately, I've been saddened by the fact that many of my old favorites don't suit me, but d Program is always safe to use. As I get older, I want to use better products, but I've found that many don't suit me. Something gentler on the skin is better. I prefer Vitalizing Cream over La Creme.
It has a very moisturizing texture. I use it every night as the last step in my skincare routine. My skin feels firm and moisturized the next day.
The texture is lighter than I expected. But when I applied it, it moisturized my skin deeply and didn't dry out until morning! I didn't get that itchy, dry feeling that often comes with winter. Maybe it even protects me from pollen...? I think I'll keep using it until spring!
