Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was interested in organic cosmetics, so I bought this cleanser, toner, and emulsion. The emulsion was the best fit for me. The toner had a strong scent that made it difficult to use, but this one doesn't have a strong scent and is moisturizing without being sticky, which I really like. It doesn't have the excitement or glamour of department store cosmetics, but the peace of mind of knowing it's organic is hard to give up.
It has a light, smooth texture, but it still feels moisturizing. The scent is a refreshing herbal scent. It's soothing!
I used it together with the lotion from the same line. Like the lotion, this one is also light and has an exquisite moisturizing feel.
