This serum, applied before applying lotion, delivers moisture deep into the stratum corneum. Its texture is thick and has a sweet floral scent. I felt that applying it before applying lotion enhanced the penetration of subsequent skincare products.
I bought this because I was really pleased with the Century Prime lotion I received as a trial. I thought the Century Prime lotion was expensive, but compared to buying the Moisture Liposome as an introductory serum, I thought it was really cheap, so I bought it. The Moisture Liposome was also good and moisturizing, but I think this is better for the middle of winter. It has a luxurious bottle, a gorgeous scent, and a rich texture and moisturizing effect. It also leaves my skin feeling moisturized in a different way. I think this Towany product is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone with dry skin looking for an introductory serum.
It's really good!! For me, it's the best beauty serum I've ever used. I only use it in the morning, but it helps the lotion penetrate into my skin so my makeup goes on better. The scent is also gentle and I love it!
