How to use
The recommended amount to use per use is about the size of a grape-sized amount. Spread it all over your face, blending it well with makeup and other impurities on your skin, until it feels light on your fingertips. Be sure to massage the dirt out carefully, especially around the nose, where dirt tends to accumulate. After washing your face, rinse with water or lukewarm water, or gently wipe your skin with tissue paper. When rinsing with lukewarm water, you can also quickly wash it off by lightly wiping it off with tissue paper first.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd been curious about this for a while, so I finally bought it. I don't like other cleansing creams because they leave a bit of a sticky feeling even after rinsing, but I've been putting up with using creams out of consideration for the harshness they put on my skin. This one leaves a much less sticky feeling after rinsing than other cleansing creams, and it even managed to thoroughly remove eyeliner, which is difficult to remove with creams. It's reasonably priced, so I'd like to buy it again next time.
I'm becoming addicted to Towany skincare. It's relatively affordable and has good reviews, so I bought a sample at the Suzykirei store. I'm using it and it's neither good nor bad. I usually use Attenir oil without double cleansing, so it felt a bit of a hassle at first, but I've gotten used to it. It doesn't make my skin feel tight, and it removes makeup without any problems.
I was looking for a wipe-off cleanser that I could use on sensitive skin. I have sensitive, dry skin, and I often have reactions to cleansers and face washes (that remove dirt). While they don't completely dissolve my skin, they often leave it feeling a little itchy, red, or tingly. I bought this after reading a recommendation from someone. It doesn't feel like anything on my skin at all! (That is, it doesn't irritate my skin.) The cream has a smooth texture and feels a bit crumbly at first, but it becomes smoother as it goes along. The tube format is also very clean and convenient. I didn't experience any dryness, and I'm pleased to say I've found a great product. Having a clean, pristine skin is crucial for sensitive skin, so if you're experiencing the same issues, I highly recommend giving this a try. (Note: I use a special remover around the eyes, so I can't say for sure how well it removes eyeliner and other makeup.) I highly recommend it.
