How to use
When using for the first time, remove the stopper and press the pump several times until the contents come out. The recommended amount for one use is two pumps (approximately 2mL). Wet your face beforehand, then take some in the palm of your hand and lather well with a small amount of cold or lukewarm water, then wash your face by wrapping it around your face. After washing your face, rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water. Be especially careful to rinse the hairline and chin areas, where lather tends to remain. Be careful not to get water into the container.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I was attracted to the fact that it contains serum ingredients. It lathers up with just a small amount of water, and leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. I really like how it also feels refreshing. I also use an introductory serum, but when I use this face wash, my lotion penetrates faster than usual. I've bought this product many times! It's a safe cleanser that can be used even on dry or sensitive skin. The foam is light and tends to flatten easily, but it doesn't dry out skin even in winter and leaves it feeling moisturized after washing. It may not be enough for those who want a thorough cleanse.
