Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for about a year now. After washing my face in the morning and evening and applying toner, I gently massage it into my skin. It's soft and glides on nicely, which is great.

It has a calming scent. I bought it because it was recommended to me. The texture is soft and blends well into the skin. I feel like my skin is happy when I gently massage it in circular motions to encourage absorption. It's good to do it at night when you have time, but I also recommend doing it in the morning on your days off.
