Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it at a department store. I used to have to prepare several primers, but now I only need this one. When I pat it in, it fills in my pores and the foundation adheres well. It also seems to put less strain on my skin. I can use this to set my skin and then use concealer to address blemishes.
The smooth texture leaves your skin feeling smooth, like a thin film has formed on your face. Foundation goes on much better.
It can be a little dry at times, but it's comfortable to use.
I'm at an age where I'm constantly getting pore-filled skin, so I've been looking for something I can use all year round. I've been using Sofina Jeanne T-Zone Smooth Mousse, but the texture is hard and doesn't spread easily, and my foundation would often smudge, so I was looking for a pore primer when I came across this. The texture is just right, not too hard or too loose, and it flattens out the pores around my nose and cheeks beautifully. It's a little pricey, but it's great. If I apply too much, it becomes too thick, so I don't use it on areas where I don't have pore-filled skin. I apply it in this order: Flat Fix → sunscreen → BB foundation. I think I'll buy it again.
A beauty consultant told me that this alone can be used as a primer, but since it doesn't have color correction, I applied it to fine lines and pores before applying the primer, and then used a tone-up primer with sunscreen. The makeup lasts well and spreads easily, but it does dry out my skin. It has no scent and isn't sticky, so it's easy to use.
