How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. The recommended amount for one use is 3 pumps (approximately 3 mL). After washing your face, apply a small amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe away the contents. After washing your face, condition your skin with lotion. To ensure the hygiene of the contents, do not remove the pump from the container during use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a gentle cleansing lotion that can be used on sensitive skin, and this was recommended to me at the store! It's mildly acidic, so it doesn't wipe away too much, and even on sensitive skin, it doesn't sting. If you don't skimp and use the recommended three pumps, you won't over-scrub, so I recommend following the directions carefully!
