How to use
Please use it by placing it in the TWANY Lala Bouquet Lip Liner Holder (sold separately). Hold the lip liner with the tip facing up, and turn the holder clockwise to pull out the core by about 2-3 mm. After use, return the core to its original position. Turn the holder clockwise until the core no longer comes out. It is time to use it. Please purchase a new product.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because the packaging is cute and easy to carry around. I have one, but it's in navy blue or black packaging and isn't very cute... Personally, I wish it was made in the same pink as the eyeliner... It's PK-01. I would have preferred it to be a slightly bluer pink, but I think it's a pink that everyone will love. It goes on smoothly and doesn't hurt. The brush is a little larger, so it's easy to use and applies lipstick. I've used it with Lala Bouquet lipstick, and a decent amount remains even after eating and drinking. It doesn't blemish or look bad.
Due to my age, my skin has become sensitive and I can't wear lipstick. The lip liner and Lara Bouquet gloss treatment gave me color and moisture, and I felt much brighter. The lip liner is also gentle and smooth to apply. It seems like it could be used with lip gel or balm.

I received this as a gift and tried it out, and it's a wonderful lip liner that has great color payoff, blends in well, and doesn't dry out your lips! The tip is also soft, making it very easy to apply. I trace the outline, then fill in the entire lipstick, and finish with a gloss, which gives a beautiful, long-lasting color. The liner lasts longer than the lipstick, so I plan to continue using it.
