What it is
The pearly, close-fitting powder allows you to easily draw softly from the beginning of your brows. The Towany Lara Bouquet Eyebrow Holder (sold separately) can be attached to both ends with Towany Lara Bouquet Eyebrow Tip Powder, Towany Lara Bouquet Eyebrow Pencil, or Towany Lara Bouquet Eyebrow Brush (sold separately), allowing you to customize your brows to your liking. *This product is a refill and does not include the product itself.

How to use
Please use by placing it in the TWANY Lala Bouquet Eyebrow Holder (sold separately). 1) Remove the temporary plug from the powder cap of the TWANY Lala Bouquet Eyebrow Tip Powder. 2) Place (1) the tip and (2) the powder cap in the holder in this order. Turn the powder cap left and right and pull it out, and the tip will contain the appropriate amount of powder. Before using, turn the powder cap left and right each time. Adjust the amount of powder on the back of your hand before use to draw natural-looking eyebrows without applying too much. When you first start using it, eyebrow powder may fall out of the tip, so be careful not to get it on your clothes, etc. After use, be sure to close the cap tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The powder tip and pencil are attached to either side of the holder (sold separately), so I was a little hesitant to buy it. I use the tip powder to roughly outline my brows, then use the pencil to fill in each individual hair. Since the beginning and end of my brows are thin, I feel really good when I can get the beginning of my brows at the right angle. And since I started using this, my brows stay in place until the evening. It's really good. As it's a tip powder, you can twist the cap to get the right amount of powder on the tip, but it's a little hard to tell how long it will stay on. However, I plan to buy a replacement when it runs out.
I think the thin liner is hard to break and easy to write with. However, as the beauty consultant told me when I purchased it, if you don't apply powder to your eyebrows thoroughly, the oil from skin care products will make it difficult to write with.

The retractable eyebrow pencils tend to break easily, and I always had to buy a new one mid-use, but this one's tip isn't too thin, so I can use it all the way to the end without breaking. The included eyebrow powder is also excellent, and I use it to blend and create nose shadow. I overplucked my eyebrows in my youth, so my natural eyebrows are half-browed (TT). Since they're even thinner and thinner, eyebrow pencils are a necessity. Using thick eyebrow pencils, especially at the tails, can make them look too heavily drawn, which can be a bit of a disappointment, but by using powder at the beginning and pencil at the tails, I'm very satisfied with the natural finish♪ Plus, the powder lasts a long time, so it's good value for money. It doesn't have any special features, but I think it's a product that perfectly fits the description of "just right." Since I use it every day, I can't let go of this sense of security (^^)
