How to use
Use 30g of this product for the bath water (usually about 150-200L). Add a little at a time in several separate doses to avoid clumping. We recommend bathing for at least 20 minutes. After use, rinse thoroughly any CLAYD remaining on your body and hair. Because CLAYD particles are very fine, they tend to remain in your hair and may make it difficult to comb. After washing your hair with CLAYD water, use shampoo. Because CLAYD particles are very fine, there is little chance that CLAYD will clog your drain, even if you drain it as usual. Any CLAYD that accumulates in the bathtub when draining will easily wash away if you immediately rinse it off with a shower. (Drainage tests based on normal use have verified that drain pipes will not clog.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
