A mascara that can be used as a mascara base, mascara, and top coat. The lightweight base is combined with a strong shape-keeping ingredient to create a curled, upward curl. The formula is resistant to water, sweat, tears, sebum, and humidity, and does not smudge over time. The 2mm fibers give a lengthening effect. The double comb allows for an even application from root to tip.

Use a comb to apply from the roots of your eyelashes to the tips. When using as a mascara base, wait until it dries before applying your mascara. When using as a top coat, apply your mascara first and then apply this product. When removing your makeup, we recommend using CEZANNE mascara remover.
