Spread an appropriate amount on your palms and between your fingers, then run your fingers through towel-dried, semi-dry hair and let it blend in. Recommended usage amount: 1 to 1.5 pumps for medium-length hair. *Be careful not to apply excessive heat to hair with an iron or hair dryer.
