How To Use

Turn the dial clockwise to release the oil from the tip. Apply the oil around your nails, then use the tip of the pen to gradually push up the cuticles. Remove the thin cuticles by moving them in a circular motion. Gently massage the remaining oil into your nails with your fingertips.
