What it is
A moisturizing emulsion that smoothly envelops the skin and keeps moisture in. A highly moisturizing line that fills the inner dryness deep within the skin, which is the cause of multiple skin problems such as dryness and uneven texture. The emulsion, which contains moisturizing ingredient jojoba oil, envelops the skin and keeps it moisturized. It protects the skin from dryness and makes it plump. Recommended for normal, combination, and dry skin. *Deep within the skin refers to the stratum corneum.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a smooth texture. It doesn't feel sticky at all, and it spreads easily and feels moisturizing!
It's a very rich emulsion. It feels very creamy, so it's very moisturizing. It's very good, but personally, I feel that FANCL's lotion and emulsion are expensive for the small bottle, so I won't be buying it again. It's additive-free, so I suppose that's understandable...
If you have sensitive skin, this is the one to go for. It's very moisturizing and I love that it doesn't contain any unnecessary ingredients.
I love that it moisturizes well without being sticky, and I've been using it for a long time! Even when my skin gets rough during pollen season, I can use this lotion without irritation. So far, I haven't had any problems with my primer or UV protection, and I also like that it doesn't cause any flaky skin! In the summer, I use the prescribed amount on my entire face, focusing on dry areas like my cheeks and around my eyes, and in the winter, I use the cream on top of the dry areas.
It's been a while since I last used Fancl's lotion. It has a smooth texture and spreads easily. Two pumps are enough for the entire face. It leaves a moisturized finish. Fancl is safe to use even when your skin is unstable.
