It says to apply it at the end of your skincare routine, but I mainly use it after applying sunscreen primer to blur pores and prevent shine. I apply it generously with a puff and brush, and I'm happy that it doesn't cause breakouts around my nose, which is usually an oily area. The size is a little small, but I think that's to prevent degradation, so I don't see why.
